“Very thorough and professional, addresses all queries and kept me updated throughout the process. Never managed to have a call answered, however (there were small moments on panic involved on my end). As a first time buyer I was hoping for more guided approach, many documets were 'for my attention' without any indication what I am supposed to do with them (I can appreciate my mortgage broker might have spoiled me on this front). Overall the process went smoothly, without any documents/queries missed, even thought it was handled by 3-4 people .”

“Very Good service. Online updates detailing each process and when each was completed. Able to contact easily and quickly for updates. opportunity to have face-to-face, by appointment. Selling of property was relatively quick and actiual completion was smooth and well within agreed timescale. Cost was very reasonable and all relative checks performed. Just missed a five, as change of staff affected cpmmunication somewhat. All okay now though, Thanks allat Winston Solicitors!”

They made the process very easy and I did not have to worry about any of the process as I got to track it every step of the way. “I worked with Leasa on the purchase of my new home in Leeds. Leasa's clear expertise in conveyancing kept me at ease throughout the process, and she gave me invaluable guidance as we encountered the inevitable bumps in the road. During the back and forth that comes with the process it felt like the ball was hardly in Winstons court for more than a day on any occasion. Leasa was also very generous with her time in explaining the process during telephone conversations, to make sure I understood matters. You can tell that she has a great team behind her as well. “I can’t speak highly enough of Sidraa at Winston Solicitors for her exceptional support throughout my house purchase. From start to finish, she has been absolutely brilliant. Her prompt responses, attention to detail, and professionalism made a stressful process feel manageable and smooth. This is actually the second time I’ve used Winston Solicitors, and once again, they have been great. Consistent, reliable, and professional and Sidraa in particular truly went above and beyond. She was always kind, polite, and incredibly approachable, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Even when dealing with a particularly difficult chain and the added pressure of a new stamp duty deadline, she worked tirelessly to get everything done on time. She responded to queries even out of hours, always called back when she said she would, and genuinely made me feel like a priority. “It is probably 45+ years since I last bought a house so it was a real re-learning process. Michelle was helpful and pateint throughout. She kept me fully informed of the prgress being made and all the responses from her enquiries to the other party were detailed. Both sides were under pressure to complete before April when further tax increases loomed. It was also the pressure that I would be heading to France to oversee the sale of my property. The only 'blip' that I saw was the query of my funding. It was simply the transfer of the funds from the sale of my home in France to cover the sale in Leeds. This was accepted. I had requested Sterling and not Euros and perhaps that did raise an eyebrow or two. I would have no rpblem in recommending Winstons.”
